♦ , CHRKTCHURCH CLUB.. Yesterday the Polo dub continued its practice matches at Bagley Park. There was a large number of .visitors,' including Messrs R.Gould, 0. Deans, D. 0. Macfarlane, R. spd S. Bethell, and P ft. Deardon (all from Amuri). Jjrom Pareora there were Messrs S. Elworthy and C. Millar. Games were played between "pickup teauus and some bright polo was witnessed. There are several new members in the Christchurch Club this year, and there is ©very hope of a very successful season. The ground is in ei:Ce.!™ order for play, and matches fro. continued to-morrow. The Christchurch members playing werer-Demclt GouJd, Major Hutton, J.Macdonald, P. O'Rorke, Q. Grigg, I. Grigg, and C. McCredie. _
