FRANCO-BRITISH POLICY. (BKmsH tffcriciii, wibeless.) (Received November 7th, 7.10 p.m.) RUGBY, November 6. Sir William Tyrrell, the new British Ambassador in Paris, was the guest of honour there last night of the Association Grande Bretagne and Circle Interallie. Sir William declared that the main bbjfeßtite of the Frahcd-British. policy was the promotion of peace and goodwill, and it was characteristic of that policy that it was inclusive and not exclusive; it was directed against rio one and the two countries would always welcOme the collaboration of any other cduntiHr, Whdj with, thehi, desired to jprdhHbte" peace and goodwill in the world.
