In the first place 30 children is not too many for one bus to carry if it is a proper bus for the purpose, and I think that "Parent" will find that the contract specifies' that a proper bus must be provided. I think he will also find that the contractor must keep the bus clean, and it is the duty of the school committee or the headmaster to see that it sb kept
