~» . . MAGISTERIAL. TUESDAY. . ' . (Before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M.) drunkenness. Four first offending inebriates were each fined 20a, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. TWO MONTHS' GAOL. ' Ethel Eeter O'Malley, aged 44 years, was charged with being found without lawful excuse, but in circumstances which did not disclose the intention of committing any other offence, in the enclosed premises at 130 Peterborough street, and with a breach of her prohibition order. i On the first charge O'Malley was sentenced to two months' imprisonment and ©u the second she waa convicted, and discharged.
