Almost incredlblo scenes of delirious enthusiasm marked the conclusion of a speech by Slgnor Mussolini) which wound up the celebration of the tenth anniversary of Italy's decisive victory over her Austrian invaders. An immense crowd filled the Plaxa Venecia, Borne, when Signor Mussolini spoke, briefly recounting Italy's losses and heroisms.
He added: "I will ask yon a question, but think well before you answer." He pointed to Victor Emanuel's statue and proceeded: "Remember he Bees you. Tho unknown soldier 1b listening. Would you do the sanio to-morrow if necessary?" The crowd responded with a great roar. Signor Mussolini concluded: "Then carry the echo of your solemn oath_ to every corner of the country. Vita Italia!"
Seventy thousand ox-sorviccmen participated in a procession. The city was decked with flags. Te Deums were sung and salutes fired.—Australian Press Association, United Service.
