YOUNG MOTORIST KILLED.
(mesa association tblegbaji.) NAPIER, October 22. • J. E. Pickering, aged about twenty* three years, by the Hawke 8 Bay Farmers' Co-op. Association, died in the Napier Hospital early this morning, as a result of injuries • sustained in a motor accident a week or two ago. Pickering 'was procedeing from Hastings to Napier alone in a car at night, when the vehicle evidently skidded as . he' was turning back from a closed bridge and overturned. Pickering was in the - centre of the road by a milkman •in the' early hours of the morning. '
