(TRZS3 *BSOCUTIOH TKLZGRAH.) DUNEDIN, March 12. In a statement on the Otago Central irrigation complaints, the Prime Minister (Mr Coates) said that with a view to an early adjustment and the remoTal of the difficulties, he had approved the setting up of an investigating committee, which would begin '» duties in about a fortnight. The committee probably would consist of five or six members, including members of State departments and settlers' representatives.
