SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF.
(FBia* ASBOCIATIO* TtLMOBXU.) WELLINGTON, March 13. The Court of Appeal this morningmade an order, on the application of the Auckland Law Society,' striking James Sydney Kilroy McLennan, of Kaitaia, off the roll of practising solicitors. The allegation .nade by the Law Society was that defendant had! received £2OO from a client and failed to account for it. McLennan did not appear. Costs were fixed at £ls 15s.
