AMBASSADORIAL CHANGES.
(BBITISB OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, March 2. The King has approved of the appointments of Sir George Grahamc, Ambassador at Brussels, to be Ambassador nt Madrid, replacing Sir Horace Rumbold, who has been appointed Ambassador at Berlin; and Sir Colville Barclay, Envoy at Budapest, to be Ambassador at Lisbon.
