VALUES UP lid TO 2d PER LB. (press association telegbas.) IXVERCARGILL, March i. An all-round increase of between lid and 2d per lb over the prices realised here in January was noted at the second wool sale held on Saturday night, when almost 7000 bales were disposed of. Although the offering was not large, there was a representative attendance of buyers. Competition for best quality was very keen. Following is the range of prices:—

POULTRY PRODUCERS, LTD. The Canterbury Co-op. Poultry Producers, Ltd., report that large entries of poultry are coming forward, and for good quality birds fit for killing high prices are ruling.
