DRUNKEN MOTORIST.
(PRESS iSSOCUTIO* MLEGBAM.) WELLINGTON, December 31. Frederick Charles Chegwin, a carpenter, fifty, has been added to the list of proscribed drivers. He was judged to. be under the influence of liquor while in charge of a car in the city yesterday, and was fined £25 by Mr Salmon, S.M. He is not to get another driving license before April, 1930.
