CRYSTAL PALACE.
Two of the cleverest comedies screened m Christchurch for some considerable time comprise the principal offerings at. Crystal Palace Theatre tbia -week. "Wedding Bills" is unquestionably one of the most original screen comedies yet produced in Hollywood. Raymond Griffiths is the mirthmaker, and the story of his misfortunes from the time he agrees to nelp a friend out of » matrimonial tangle is » complicated one. Everything goes wrong, and the tangle becomes so apparently hopeless that it would seem impossible for a successful unravelling ever to be effected. The other feature on the programme is "There You Are"—another matrimonial comedy based on a series of unexpected complications.
