PLOUGHING MATCH.

HELD AT SPRINGSTON. The thirteenth annual ploughing match was held at Springston yesterday In ideal weather, and on a ground which was in fair order. The entry was a record. There were 39 entries for horses and 20 for tractors. Results are as follows: CLASS A, double-furrow; champion coulter cut, cast shares; first prize £4 and gold medal, second prize £3, third £2, and fourth £l.
