There is intense misery in Frencli Morocco. There has been no rain for a month, and the people of the Sits district are starving and the crops withering. The hunger-stricken country population are crowding into Marrakesh, 'and it has become a vnst problem to keep the tribesmen alive till next year's crops are harvested.
