DISSATISFIED WITH UNION.
DAIRY FACTORY ASSISTANTS. (PEES 3 ASSOCIATION TEI/EGRAM..' PAHIATUA, April I. It is reported that a good deal of dissatisfaction is being expressed throughout the district by dairy factory assistants, wlio recently were placed under an award of the Arbitration Court. It is being found that under the award the position of an assistant is not nearly so- secure as was the. case previously. It is stated that a number of assistants has already resigned from membership of the union, and that many others have declined to pay up their subscriptions.
