INDUSTRIAL CONTRIBUTIONS PROPOSED^ (BY CABLE—MESS ASSOCIATION— COMiIGST.) (AUSTBALIAiT AND N.Z. CASLX ASSOCIATION.) ; SYDNEY, March. 10. ' Details of the Government's proposed Hospital Bill show that it is proposed to set up a. Commission of. three members and to provide for the establishment of industrial contributions by employers and employees. Provision is also made for the levying of a hospital rate on unimproved land The Bill will not be put through all its stages in the present session. During the recess _ the proposal to insert a clause legalising a State lottery will be considered by the Cabmet and the caucus.
