The OUgo croquet championships were continued to-day, and at the close of play only one game, the final ol the championship singles, between Mesdames Manhire and Home, remained to bo played. The results wore:— Championship Singles—First Draw—First round: Mis Rigby beat Mm Blaikia 26-IS. Second round: Mrs Home beat Mrs MbCresth 26-4, Mrs Walling Jones beat Mrs Bucbler 26-24. Semi-final: Mrs Walling Joces beat Mrs Passroore 26-24, Mrs Home beat Mrs Dixon 26-11. First DrawFinal: Mrs Homo beat Mrs Walling Jones 26-5. Second Draw—First round: Mrs Passmore beat Mrs McCreath 26-17. Second round: Mrs Passmoro best Mrs Cooper 20-25. Third round: Mrs Rigby beat Mrs Walling Jones 26-13. Semi-ffnsJs: Manhire beat Mrs Homo 26-14, Mrs Rigby beat Mrs Osborne 26-18. Second DrawFinal: Mrs Manhire best Mrs Rigby 26-15. A Grade Handicap Singles—Final: Mrs Home beat Mrs Osborne 26-4.

WANGANUI TOURNAMENT. (raass association tzlm*ak.) WANGANUI, February 14. The Wangamii croquet tournament was) concluded to-day. Excellent weather was experienced throughout the tournament, and play was generally interesting. Tha final results df the various competitions were:— Junior Open Championship—Mrs Fulton beat Mrs Cowling 26-19. Junior Handicap—Mrs Baasatt beat Mrs Cowling 26-7. Handicap Doubles—Mrs Jar*?e and Mrs Glenny beat Mrs Skeet and Mis* Burgess 26-7. Senior Handicap—Mrs Horner beat Mm Beere 26-19. Wangsnui Open Championship—Archdescon Meredith beat Mrs Jams, 26-15, 22-26, 26-16.
