VICTORIANS VISITING AMERICA. [THE PRESS Special Service.] AUCKLAND, February 11. With the object of visiting the medical schools of the United States and obtaining data upon which to base the creation of a large medical research centre in Victoria, a delegation appointed by the Stato Government arrived by the Niagara to-day, en route to Vancouver. The party includes Professor It. J. A. Berry, Dean of tho Faculty of Medicine in tho University of Melbourne, and Mr H. A. Pitt, Under-Treasurer to tho Victorian Government. Thev will be joined at Auckland by the Hon. Dr. S. S. Argyle, Minister for Public Health in the Victorian Government, who has been attending the Medical Congress in Dunedin. Professor lJerry, who is the author of n number of works on anatomy, will be the guest in America of the Rockefeller Foundation.
