CHAMPIONS AT ENGLISH PARK. The name of R. W. ("Fatty") Limb is well known to reader* of The Press on account of the cabled descriptions of hia remarkable cycling performances in Australia, and next Wednesday night, at the English Park Stadium, he is to make his debut before n Christchuroh audience oppoied by the promising young New Zealand cyclists, Frank Grose, Day, I'Anson, and others. Lamb is said to be possessed of a greater degree of nerve than any other cyclist in the world, and it ia this attribute that has enabled him to attain the remarkable speed of over 05 miles per hour, motor-paced, over a distance of nine miles. His times for motor-paced cycling are recognised aa the world's records, and be is the track and road champion of Australia, and ha* established records over some of the most famous road courses.
