SOMERFIELD CARNIVAL. The public's attention is drawn to the advertisement appearing in this issue »dv |!- in" that tho Somerfleld Swimming Club Carnival, which was to have been held at the Ponierfiold Baths tomorrow afternoon, is being held ia the Bcckenham School baths. Bc-kenhara. The change of venue is du* t„ the breakdown of the pumping installation at Somerfleld. and the con-equent impossibility of ailing the swimming bath. It is hoped that this unfortunate occurrence ..ill not deter the.public from attending. The club is holding the Bryrc Ccp competition, and this should result in » race worth travelling the extra distance to see. The rublic should not lose the opportunity of seeing D. P.
