Reports of a revolutionary movement to overthrow the Government are prevalent in the capital, following the issuing to the Press of a fiery statement by the Minister for War, Senor Ibanea, demanding from the President, Senor Emiliano Figueroa immediate reorganisation of the Government, and the severing of ties with Moscow. GOVERNMENT RESIGNS. (AT7BTBAUAN AND K-Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION-) SANTIAGO, February 9. The rumours of revolution have culminated in the resignation of the Government, and the effort of Senor Ibanez, Minster for War, to form a Cabinet.
