The late Sir Arthur Myers's English estate has be«n valued at £'203,485. He bequeathed £2OOO for the purchase of pictures for Auckland. Sir Artnur Myers presented the ultimate residue of his property to trustees for charitable purposes in Auckland, with the request that without creating a trust they should apply this sum in one direction or effort rather than to several.
