(AUSTRALIA* ADO X.Z CABLE ASSOCIATION) WASHINGTON, February !»• The State Department declares that American aviators who are reported to have bombed Nicaragua!) towns with the Diaz Army will be advised that the United States Government disajH proves of Americans serving with foreign tioops. Tho Department will investigate whether two American airmen, reported to bo serving with Diaz, took the oath of allegiance to Nicaragua, and if so will cancel their citizenship under tho American expatriation law. If not, tho Government will withdraw its protection. Officials declined to state whether they would prosecute under the United States criminal code, making foreign servico punishable by a fine of 1000 dollars, and three years' imprisonment.
