Referring to the recent Now South Wales loan raised in New York. Mr Lang said in the Assembly: 'This State has been crowded out of London by a roster arrangement, which gave precedence in application to other Dominion borrowers in that centre." The interest cost to the Government, including redemption, was approximately 5 8-11 per cent., with a currency of thirty years, the State hnvinc tho'option to repay in fifteen years. The issue price was 93.
