LOWERING OF AGE ASKED. (BT CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATIOK-COPTSIGHT.) (AUSTRALIA* AND S.S. CABLE ASfIOCIATIOS.) LONDON, February 7. Miss Marion Phillips, Chief Woman Officer of the Labour Party, on behalf of industrial women's organisations, has sent a letter to Mr Baldwin urging the early introduction of suffrage to women of twenty-one.
