TO VISIT SAMOA.
HON. MR NOSWORTHY'S DECISION. [THB PEBBS Special Bervte*.] WELLINGTON, February 8. Tho Hon. Mr Nosworthy, Minister for External Affairs, has definitely decided to go to Samoa to investigate nffairs there, and it is likely he will proceed there somewhere about May. There is no intention of taking Parliamentarians with him, as it is felt in Government circles preferable that tho Minister should be untrammoled in his efforts to gain first-hand information of tho real condition of things in Samoa.
