MR COATES AT RAROTONGA.
ARRIVES AT WELLINGTON MONDAY. [THE PBESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, February 8. The Government has roccivod advice that the mail steamer Makura, with tho Prime Minister and party on board, is expected to arrive at Rarotonga to-mor-row. The Cook Islands Administration haß arranged a reception for the Prime Minister at Rarotonga, which is the first New Zealand territory to be touched at on the voyage from San Francisco. The Mnkura is due at Wellington on Monday morning.
