GUILTY OF FORGERY.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) BLENHEIM, February 8. Georco Powell Gough, aged 26, guilty this afternoon to three charges of forgery and uttering cheques purporting io bo drawn by E. C. Watts, lighthouse keeper, nt Cape Campbell. He was committed for sentence to the Supreme Court at Blenheim on February loth. Bail was not asked for. Accused also admitted issuing two valueless cheques at Christchurch.
