ORMISTON CASE.
THEFT OF LETTER BEING INVESTIGATED. (8T CABLE—WEBS ASBOCUIi/ V-COBIMOBT.) (AUSTRALIAN AHD H.I. CABtT ISSOCIATIOK.) NEW YORK. Jc*ruary U. Lea Angeles messages state that the postal authorities, following the arrival yesterday of Mrs Ormiston, announced that investigation was proceeding into the theft and reappearance of a letter she wrote to her aunt, Miss Jessie Stephens, Riverside, California. Miss Stephens said her niece's letter, written from Sydney, announcing plans for the trip, was stolen from her mail-box tit home and was mysteriously returned. , Mrs Ormiston refused to 'comment on her intended suit for divorco, except to, say she did not intend to name a co-respondent.
