WINE INTERESTS.
INTERNATIONAL BUREAU. (BT (AUSTRALIAN AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received February 6th, 5,5 p.m.) MADRID, February 4. The. Government publishes an agreement signed by Spain, Chile, Fiance, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, and Portugal creating an international Bureau of Wine, whoso business it will be to collate information demonstrating the beneficial effects of wine, also to submit measures assuring protection for wine-growing interests, and effecting, if possible, a uniform method of presenting the results of analyses, also to endeavour to seeurt marks of origin, to repress frauds, and ensure purity.
