Fallowing an announcement by Cabinet that Prince Carol's abdication iS final and irrevocable, the newspaper "Lupta" Says that the police and military are concentrating at Slebeilburgen, where disorders aro feared owing to peasants and Nationalists making demonstrations in favour of Prince Carol.
