. « HAWKE'S BAY BOAT ARRIVES. The 11-footer Avalon. which wdl represent ilawke's Bay at tho forthcoming Sanders Cup contest, arrived by the Wahinc on Saturday morning, and has been housed in one of tho special boat sheds near the dock. Avalon was Attc' land's representative at Dunediu last year. Tho temporary boat sheds erected by the Harbour Board near thfe Yacht Club's shod to accommodate the cornnoting boats, have been completed. Each boat will have a separate compartment. DUNtiIHN LAUNCH ARRIVES. Yesterday morning the Dunedin launch Petrel, owned by Mr Joe Cdtter, arrived at Lyttelton with a party of Dunedin yachtsmen aboard, who will remain for Sanders Cup week. The Petrel is ketch rigged, with a five h.p, engine. The party had a good trip up the const.
