WILKINS'S SECOND ATTEMPT. (JIT CABLE FHESS ABSOCIATIOK—COITEIOHT.) (AUSTRAIIAJf AHD IT.S. CABLE ABSOCUTIOK.) (Received February Cth, 11.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 5. Captain Wilkins left Detroit to-day on a second attempt to cxploro the Arctic areas, expecting to reach Fairbanks on February 22. Ho will have three aeroplanes, and will bo prepared for an expedition of a few weeks of flights, or two to three years afoot on the polar ice, in the event of a mishap to the aeroplane.
