(Received February 4th, 8.40 p.m.) LONDON, February 4. Despite, reports from America that he will be refused admission to Cuba, because he is a deportee, Ricciotti Garibaldi sailed from Liverpool. He ridiculed the suggestion that he is a Fascist agent provocateur. In view of tho decision of the French Court, he surrendered all his French decorations. His brothers did likewise.
