STYX GUN CLUB.
ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Styx Gun Olub was held last night in the Memorial Hall, Papanui, Mr S. Keato presiding over a large attendance of members. The balance-sheet, which showed a credit balance of £63 12s lid, wee. adopted. The president, In his report, stated that the club had a very successful year, but regretted that one or two of the shoots there was a very poor ■ attendance. He spoke in very appreciative terms of the ser« vices of Mr 0. M. Ormandy in acting as referee. A voto of thanks was also accorded Mr 0. N. Ormandy for his services as honorary anditor. A trophy given by Messrs Hammond and Tomer was accepted with thanks. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: —President,. Mr F. Sisson; vice-presidents, Messrs 0.
