With her approach, ladies will be ordering their frocks and gowns for the reception and other functions arranged for our Royal guest 3, and should bear in mind that the greatest honour they can pay our visitors will be to see that their toilets are of British manufacture, as doubtless the Duchess of York's will be.—Tours, etc, PATRIOTIC.
