BURNHAM MILITARY CAMP.
A VISITING CONCERT PARTY. In i'iu open-air Ihcaiie at Buruham Militar j - Camp last evening an entertainment uas yiren to about 700 members of tbc Canterbury Regiment by a parly ntganised by the Christchurcli Optimists' Club. The weather was ideal, audi the concert was tireatly enjoyed. Those taking part were: Mrs Duiien, Miise* Lan<.<ridge and Ives, Metrs G. Smith. Vincent. Munro, Lowry, and Woodward. The accompanists were Mrs Smith and Mr Finlay Rohb. Motorcans r.eie prorided bv Messrs 11. W. Heslyp. S. L. Partridge. S. W. Field, and G. Smith. After the conceit the visitors were entertained to supper by the Officer Commanding, Colonel Inglis. a;:c! ofF.cer? of the Regiment.
