CITY FIRES.
EARLY MOKNiNG BLAZE. At 1.45 a.m yesterday the Central Fire Brigade was summoned to a tire at 205 Antigua "street,- where an outbreak httd beea discovered in a partly furnished, though apparently unoccupied house. The place was well alight when the Brigade arrivedj and the stairs were destroyed aud damage done by fire and water before the Wa«e Wad extinguished.' No details could Bd gathered as to the Occupants or ownership. A small fire started in the kitchen) of the house oceupled by Mr H. Love at 177 Salisbury fetret. ttbdu'fe- 2.30 yes* terday afternoon, but the Brigade were able to' extinguish the' outbreak after trifling damage had been done.
