_— FACTORY WALL COLLAPSES. (by cable—peess association—coptbight.) (AUSTEALZA2V AKD JJ.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) 1 (Received June 22nd, 8.25 p.m.) DELHI, June 21. A severe storm raged at Saran, where a sugar factory wall, where 400 coolies were working, collapsed. Seven were killed and 40 seriously injured.
Replying to a. question in the House yesterday morning, the Hon. J. G. Co a tea said ..that the railway workshops reorganisation would entail transfers of men, and these. transfers were being, planned and worked out now, eo that the men could have ample notice (telegraphs our correspondent). Married, men would not bo transferred where single men would suit, but some married men would "need " to. be moved. These, however, would receive plenty of notice. • % ...
