"PRIMROSE.» The bright musical show, "Primrose," which has made euch a decided hit with the Christchurcb/ theatre-going public, drew another , largo crowd to. the- theatre last oijrht. As the leading inan.Mr George Gee. the clever English artist, is superb. Playing opposite him is the very pleasant and delightful Miss Margery Hieklin, who played in the original production, of' "Primrose" for a year in London. Among the others who give admirable assistance are Mr Jack Cannot, who is well remembered, and Miss Dorothy Lena, who endeared herself to the public when she appeared hero not bo long ago in "Leave It To Jane." The ballet mistress, Miss Minnie Everett, is deserving of praiso for the remarkable showing' the colourful ballets'- make'.' All the ■ music is catchy and tuneful, and, it is safe lo say that' "Primrose" is one of the'-best musical treats that haa coma to Christchurcb. for many months. The final performance of '"Primrose" will be. given to'-higbt.
