Choice of Referees. The secretary reported .having sent out a circular letter advising that referees (who will be subject to the approval of the Association.) would be appointed by the Associations for local matches, and the second referee would be appointed by the New Zealand Association. - Associations were Invited to nominate first-class referees, and to stipulate for which matches they were available.
