At the Police Court yesterday the hearing commenced' of 48 charges of aI Vi. f° ,,r of forgery against Matthew Miller, late secretary of tho A.WJt. Milking Machine Co. The charges were in respect of moneys of the company. The hearing was not completed when the Court rose. The total sum involved is slightly over £IOOO. 6
