DRUNKEN DRIVER TO PAY £IOO. (PBES3 /88OCIATI0S TELIO2AU.) AUCKLAND, April 26. At the Police Court, Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., fined Horace Horner, aged 29, £IOO for being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in Queen street on Saturday afternoon, and for using obscene language. Mr Hunt said that as he took into consideration the fact that Horner had been a soldier and had a wife and young fanyly, he would not send him to prison. *
