Wheeler's team beat Reynolds's. • • Magistrate's Court. . Mr F. E.. Sutton, J.P., and Captain E. Hatcliwell, J .P., presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Peter Carson Campbell, a fireman in the steamer Canadian Miller, pleaded guiltj to a charge of drunkenness and was fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment. To a further charge of using obscene, language he pleaded not guilty. Evidence was given by Constable E.-.-A. Irwin that .accused, made use of a most disgusting flow of language at the" top of lii« ' voice. The Bench said it was one ot the worst cases they had ever heard and fined Campbell £lO, in default three months' imprisonment. Ac-' cueed said he would take the alternative.- '
