ENDOWMENT BILL. (BT CABLE—MESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. I (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, April 23. Sir Newton Moore, chairman of the Select Committee of the House of Commons, reported that the committee had amended *he War Graves Endowment Bill, omitting the provision for limiting the investment of funds to British Government securities.
