SERIOUS CHARGE.
MAN COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE (PRXSB ABSOCUTION TEUCOKUI.) KAIKOUBA, April 25. John Bupert Moran, charged with indecent assault on a girl aged six years, appeared before Messrs James Davidson and R. T. Pope, Justices of the Pea<H last night. After the evidence of the girl and her grandfather had been taken, the accused pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
