FARMER'S FAILURE.
Owing to the failure of a quorum to attend, the meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Cyril Hill, dairy farmer, Hill's road, Heathcote, wM allowed to lapse. Tho unsecured debts amounted to £B6 9s 2d, and the assets, all _ book debts, were valued at £ls, leaving a deficiency of £7l 9s 2d. Tho unsecured creditors are Ashby, Bergb, and Co., ironmongers, £l2; Davidson and Wauchop, merchants, £ls; D. Stranaghan, finance agent, £52; Kiwi Dairy Company, Christcburcli, £7 9s 2d. The secured creditor is Mrs M. Gallin, Kilmore street. Her security is over stock and plant, valued at £3O, the amount of the debt.
