ARCTIC FLIGHT.
NO WORD FROM CAPTAIN WILKINS. BIG MACHINE TESTED. (BT CABLE —PBESB ASSOCIATION—COFTBtGST.) (BECTEB'S TELIGBAUS.) (Received April 20th, 3.10 p.m.) VANCOUVER, April 19. A message from Fairbanks states that no word was received on Monday from Captain Wilkins and Pilot Eileson of the Arctic Air Expedition, who left on Thursday for Point Barrow in tho aeroplane Alaskan. Tho Detroit-er, the three-engine aeroplane, was tested on Monday. The machine reached an altitude of 10,000 feet in thirty minutes, handled beautifully during an hour's trial.
