• ♦ ADMIRALTY COURT ACTION. (raiss association telegeahJ . AUCKLAND, April -20. The American barque Guy C. Goss, which was arrested for debt about two weeks ago, and which at present lies in the stream,' was to have been the subject of an Admiralty Court action this morning, but the case was adjourned until Friday. The action,, which is being brought by the consignees as plaintiffs, against the captain and crew as defendants, is that of a motion for an order of the : discharge of the cargo from the writ of arrest.' The whole matter will be gone on with on Friday, before Mr Justice {Hcrdman.
