ACCOUNTANTS' STUDENTS' SOCIETY.
.'ANNUAL" MEETING. The thirteenth annual meeting of the Cbristohurch Accountants Students' Society, was hold last night, in the Lecture Boom of the Public Library. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr B. J. McLaren; vice-presidents, Messrs W. E. Best, F 6. Dunn, H. T. Whittingham, J. Morrison, E. G, Thomas, W. A. Smith, and C. G. Holland; vice-chairman, Mr F. N. Lawrence; committee, Mrs L. J. Buchanan, Messrs J. M. Preston, C. G. Pickett, a.. N. McGillwray; and *H. L. Wise; -horn treasurer, Mr K. 3. W. Owen; hon. auditor, Mr G. H. Christie; hon. secretary, Mr . **■• A. C. North; hon. assistant secretary. Miss A. M. Nelson. , „. The leport and balance-sheet <ot the u-o session were adopted, and a hearty vote ot thanks was acorded to Mr G. H. Christie for acting as hon. auditor for the past eight years.
